We spent a wonderful 2 weeks with Maladroxia. The description, conditions, equipment and location of the house are completely true. Villa Maladroxia is the ideal place for holidays with small children, and for those who prefer the quiet lonely relax. The beautiful sand beach is in the 1 minute of walking. Especially well with small children since depth begins far. After the sea it is possible to continue rest in the pool or just to sit in the garden in silence and to enjoy a beautiful view. Some more excellent beaches are near. The shop in 5 minutes of driving, completely satisfied our needs for food and drinks. Many thanks of Carlo and his family for care, Carlo always in touch on any questions. We received all necessary documents for a getting a visa that is extremely important for us. There are all condition in the house that even two families with children could live comfortably almost independently. It is possible to find enough restaurants in Sant’-Antioco and will enjoy archaeological sights. Great thanks once again Carlo and Maladroxia for our excellent holidays.

This villa is perfect ! A lot of services, a lot of rooms and just in front of the sea, near a great beach. We were 6 adults and 5 children and ouf stay was wonderfull. The swimming pool is perfect and the view on the sea amazing.

The billard is a plus really appreciated. We have seen a firewire from the roof top of the villa! I really recommand this villa and carlo is a serious and pleasant

We very 9 people having a fantastic week in this very nice house. At arrival we met with the friendly owner who introduced us to the house and the area around the house. The house is fantastic with the pool, many cozy terraces and from the top terraces there is an unique view of the sea.

The beach is nice, a bit overloaded, but with a nice pizza restaurant and a bar where you can relax and enjoy a cold beer or an ice-cream. The beach is only 2 min. walk from the house. We can really recommend the house as a nice place to stay.

The children loved the swimming pool with its gentle sloping sides. A short stroll down cobbled streets to the beach. Ideal for families with pedalos, kayaks and sunbeds to hire and a beach bar. Also enjoyed the restaurant on the seafront. A great spot from which to explore the island of Sant Antioco and Sardinia. Well equipped villa, enough room for two families staying with ample shower rooms, air con and a pool table. Carlos was very helpful, well organised and had thought of everything we would need, also easy to get in touch with. Would definitely recommend this villa.

Very pleasant stay in this house with lots of space and overlooking the sea. Only 2 minute walk from the beach. Nice pool. Somewhat complicated garbage system. Very quit area. Good and silent airconditioning in all bedrooms. House, pool and garden are very clean and look pretty new. Owner is very relaxed. A complete kitchen with BBQ and pizza oven in the garden, but just a little kitchen supplies like oil, spices etc.. Own parking space. We enjoyed our meals in the garden. This house is a real dream!
