From Maladroxia you can also enjoy a splendid view of the eastern coast of the <strong><em>Golfo di Palmas<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The resort town of Maladroxia surrounds the beach, with traditional houses that slope down from the hill to the beachfront, providing a <strong>quiet and authentic setting to take in the surroundings<\/strong>. The village is dominated by a hill, on which stands the nuraghe S&#8217;Ega Marteddu, which is composed of a keep and a bastion covered in the typical colours of Mediterranean vegetation, made up of three lateral towers with concentric addition only partially preserved. On the island of Sant\u2019Antioco, you will find the remains of 43 nuraghi.<\/p>\n<p>Near Maladroxia, you will find one of the most famous beaches on the island: the<strong> Coaquaddus<\/strong>, meaning \u201cponytail\u201d in Sardinian dialect, in reference to the sinuous shape of the coast. Other unmissable sites on the island include the <strong>cliff of Is Praneddas<\/strong>, the whitewashed rocks of<strong> Cala Sapone<\/strong>, Cale Grotta, and Cala della Signora and the<strong> beach of Turr<\/strong>i which is characterized by a shallow and sandy seabed and the unmistakable colours of the Mediterranean, ranging from emerald green, to turquoise, to blue.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the <strong>town of Sant&#8217;Antioco<\/strong> has a number of sites that are undoubtedly worth a visit, including the Ferruccio Barreca Archaeological Museum, which houses a vast range of finds from the island and the Basilica of Sant&#8217;Antioco Martire, whose original structure was built around the fifth century on the tomb of the blessed The description, conditions, equipment and location of the house are completely true. Villa Maladroxia is the ideal place for holidays with small children, and for those who prefer the quiet lonely relax. The beautiful sand beach is in the 1 minute of walking. Especially well with small children since depth begins far. After the sea it is possible to continue rest in the pool or just to sit in the garden in silence and to enjoy a beautiful view. Some more excellent beaches are near. The shop in 5 minutes of driving, completely satisfied our needs for food and drinks. There are all condition in the house that even two families with children could live comfortably almost independently. A lot of services, a lot of rooms and just in front of the sea, near a great beach. We were 6 adults and 5 children and ouf stay was wonderfull. The swimming pool is perfect and the view on the sea amazing.<\/p>\n<p>The billard is a plus really appreciated. We have seen a firewire from the roof top of the villa! At arrival we met with the friendly owner who introduced us to the house and the area around the house. The house is fantastic with the pool, many cozy terraces and from the top terraces there is an unique view of the sea.<\/p>\n<p>The beach is nice, a bit overloaded, but with a nice pizza restaurant and a bar where you can relax and enjoy a cold beer or an ice-cream. The beach is only 2 min. walk from the house. A short stroll down cobbled streets to the beach. Ideal for families with pedalos, kayaks and sunbeds to hire and a beach bar. Also enjoyed the restaurant on the seafront. A great spot from which to explore the island of Sant Antioco and Sardinia. Well equipped villa, enough room for two families staying with ample shower rooms, air con and a pool table. Carlos was very helpful, well organised and had thought of everything we would need, also easy to get in touch with. Only 2 minute walk from the beach. Nice pool. Somewhat complicated garbage system. Very quit area. Good and silent airconditioning in all bedrooms. House, pool and garden are very clean and look pretty new. Owner is very relaxed. A complete kitchen with BBQ and pizza oven in the garden, but just a little kitchen supplies like oil, spices etc.. Own parking space. We enjoyed our meals in the garden.
